Auction Rules:
- This auction platform uses a soft close rule, which means that if a bid is placed within 5 minutes of the scheduled end time, the end time is extended by another five minutes. This process repeats until there are no bids for 5 minutes.
- No Editing or Deleting Bids: Once a bid is submitted, it cannot be edited or deleted. Please ensure the accuracy of your bid before posting.
- All auction items are sold as-is, and all sales are final. Please carefully review the item descriptions and any provided images before placing your bid.
- By participating in the auction, you agree to have fun and allow Trust My Jeweler Diamond Club to settle all disputes as they see fit.
- Trust My Jeweler Diamond Club reserves the right to cancel or remove any bid or bidder at their discretion.
Winning Bid and Payment:
- The highest bid at the close of the auction will be deemed the winning bid.
- Once the auction is closed, the winner must text their full name, shipping address, email address, name of the auction, and note “AUCTION WINNER” to our team at 909.288.4422.
- The winner will receive a payment link and must submit the payment within 24 hours to complete the transaction with Trust My Jeweler Diamond Club.
- Failure to submit the payment within the given timeframe will result in forfeiture of the winning bid and the auctioned item as well as a potential ban on future DC auction participation.
- No Credit Card Fees
- $10 shipment insurance & handling Fee within the USA.
- Possible sizing fees for any rings/chains
- International winners are responsible for the cost of shipping and any applicable customs duties.
- All California residents will be required to pay applicable sales tax.
