Just because something is “affordable”, does not mean it is “cheap”. When you are buying with us you can have quality and affordability backed by a lifetime warranty. We are a US based company having both our manufacturing and Customer Service locally, and we proudly stand behind everything we do with integrity.
We are so confident that you are going to love your jewelry, we stand behind it with a 100% EXCHANGE OR REFUND POLICY. If you are not happy for any reason, we will exchange it for something that you will love, or refund the purchase price. Additionally, we give all your purchases a Lifetime Warranty.
Personalization & Customization
We want you to have the jewelry of your dreams. From designing unique engagement rings or wedding bands – to a full custom build, we have a 99.9% success rate when we create your dream. This give us such confidence in our custom build process, that if you don’t like it – we don’t want you to have it! Send it back for a rebuild or a refund.
Lifetime Limited Warranty
We limit our obligation to the free replacement or repair (at our discretion) of any piece that does not comply with normal expectations or which becomes defective in normal use. The lifetime limited warranty includes material and labor, and excludes center stones, and abuse. A limited lifetime warranty, for the lifetime of the original registered owner. Items sold during a sample sale are covered for two (2) years from the date of purchase which are final sales and are therefore excluded from this warranty. Items won in a contest are not eligible for any warranty at discretion of our organization.
The original Certificate of Authenticity and the sales receipt, must be presented for any warranty service. We will make every effort to repair an item under warranty. If a covered item is deemed by us to be irreplaceable and cannot be repaired, then we will issue a gift certificate for the price paid towards a new item. This warranty is effective when repair work and sizing is done by any of our authorized jeweler or service center. This limited warranty cannot be transferred or assigned.
